Damaged Goods



Damaged or faulty goods will be exchanged provided they have been returned within the manufacturers warranty period usually one year
3KW cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss
Returns










Refunds for goods that are surplus to requirements or that are not to the satisfaction of the customer will be issued provided the goods are complete, in their original condition, complete with unopened packaging and are returned within 14 days of purchase. Due to postage and packaging costs the customer will have to absorb such costs in the event of surplus returns.

Images

Images are are generally pictures of the actual product on sale. Where goods are supplied which differ to the image displayed they shall be of equal quality or greater. If the customer is not fully satisfied with the alternate goods a full no quibble refund shall be offered.
Electrical Installation Modifications / Additions































Please remember that any modification to an electrical installation within the UK requires full compliance with the relevant requirements of BS7671

You should ensure that you are able to fully comply with the following before commencing any works.

If you are unable to comply with any of the following then you must employ the services of an NICEIC or ECA approved Electrical Contractor.

Assess the existing installation to ensure that it is currently safe and will remain safe following the modification. This should also include the source of supply.

Ensure that the equipment selected is suitably rated and fit for the purpose intended

The design of the proposed modification should be carried out in full accordance with the requirements of BS7671.

The modification should be fully inspected and tested before being put into service in accordance with Chapter 71 of BS7671.

The modification shall be provided with full certification in accordance with Chapter 74 of BS7671.

In most cases you will not be able to provide certification yourself so the involvement of an approved Electrical Contractor will be essential.

3KW does cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Fixed electrical installations in dwellings shall be suitably designed, installed, inspected and tested so as to provide reasonable protection against their being a source of a fire or a cause of injury to persons. Part P Building Regulations click Here
