3KW Electrical Supplies currently only deliver to mainland UK.

All goods will be securely packed and posted to the address entered in the checkout page

Goods are dispatched using Royal Mail and arrive at the delivery address within 7 working days and sometimes much quicker. If the delivery cannot be achieved within 7 days you will be notified by e-mail and given the option of a full refund.

All prices displayed exclude packaging and delivery which will be charged at 15% of order value.

In the unlikely event that there are items missing from your order you should contact 3KW using one of the contact methods detailed in the Contact Page within 7 working days with the following details:

Date of purchase
Order Number
Product missing from order

When you place an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing the products ordered. Please check that this ties up with goods received as this is the form which your order has been based upon and charged against.
